Betty Frisbie Obituary

Betty Lou Frisbie, age 73, passed away on Wednesday, September 18, 2024 at Mercy Hospital in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Born April 4, 1951, in Muskogee, Oklahoma, she was the beloved daughter of Thomas Gulley and Pauline Beckham. Betty was a dedicated worker, who held a longtime career as a transporter for Mercy Hospital. In her free time, she loved to play dominoes or watch game shows. She was a woman of faith and proud member of God's House of Prayer in Fort Smith, Arkansas, and she enjoyed going to church on Sunday mornings. Betty will be remembered as kind, gentle, and a lover of animals, who cherished her pets and loved ones. 

Betty is survived by her daughter, Michelle Frisbie; her brother, Kenneth Gulley; nephews, Larry and David Gulley; and dear family friend, Roslyn Ramsey. She is preceded in death by her parents, Thomas Gulley and Pauline Beckham; her sister, Linda Gulley; and her brother, Leroy Gulley. 

A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, September 21, 2024, at God's House of Prayer on 79th, located at 3318 South 79 Street in Fort Smith, Arkansas 72903. Cremation is under the thoughtful direction of Lewis Funeral Chapel.
