Bobbie Louise Bullard

Bobbie Louise Bullard, age 64, passed away peacefully in her home on Thursday, September 26, 2024, in Hackett, Arkansas. Born September 19, 1960, in Fort Smith, Arkansas, she was a beloved daughter of Tina "Tiny" Phelan and Robert Townsend. Bobbie was a woman of faith, and a dedicated member of First Baptist Church in Barling. She will be dearly missed by a host of family and friends. 

Bobbie is survived by her two children, Crystal (Bullard) Hodge and Stephen Bullard Jr.; three grandchildren, Stephanie Hodge, Trey Bullard, and Tommy Hodge; three great-grandchildren, Huxley, Hazeleigh, and Hadlee; and her siblings, Michael Townsend, Patrick Townsend, Paul Townsend, Regina (Townsend) Rose.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert Townsend Jr. and Tina Phelan; and her siblings, Robert Townsend and Katherine McPeak. 

A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, October 12, 2024, at Bonanza City Park, located at 312 AR-45 in Bonanza, Arkansas 72916. Cremation is under the thoughtful direction of Lewis Funeral Chapel.
