Carlos Ledesma Figueroa

Carlos Ledesma Figueroa, age 43, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at CHI St. Vincent Hospital in Little Rock, Arkansas. He was born on May 30, 1983, in Irapuato, Gto., Mexico, to Carlos Figueroa Gonzalez and Melina Ledesma.

Carlos was employed in maintenance at Davis Iron and Metal. He had a lifelong love for soccer and enjoyed the game both as a pastime and a passion.
He will be remembered as a devoted father—loving, funny, and hardworking. Carlos was a caring friend who welcomed everyone he met with warmth and kindness.

He is survived by his parents, Carlos Figueroa and Melina Ledesma; six children, Areli Figueroa, Karstein, Orlando, Braylin, and Melina Figueroa; one grandson, Santiago Figueroa; one granddaughter on the way; his sisters, Araceli, Liliana, and Melina; maternal grandmother, Flavia Villalobos Vargas; along with several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Carlos was preceded in death by his son, Carlos Figueroa Jr.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., with the Rosary beginning at 6:00 p.m., at Lewis Funeral Chapel, 4817 Kelley Highway, Fort Smith, Arkansas 72904. Mass will take place at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 1, 2025 at Christ the King Church in Fort Smith, AR. Father Brian Cundall is to officiate.
