Carol Ann Johnson

Carol Ann Johnson, age 73, passed away peacfully at St. Johns Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma on February 1, 2026. She was born on December 15, 1952 in Prescott, Arizona, to Fred and Ruby (Reavis) Heller.

Carol married the love of her life, Terry Johnson, on April 21, 1972, and together they shared many love-filled years. She found great joy in spending time at the lake and attending races at Tri-State Speedway. In her quiet moments, Carol enjoyed drawing and cross-stitching, hobbies that reflected her creativity and patience. Above all else, she cherished being present for her grandchildren and rarely missed an opportunity to attend their many activities and events. Carol will be lovingly remembered as a devoted mother, a proud grandmother, and a cherished friend. 

Carol is survived by her three loving children; Angellicque Hastings, Terrah Philpot and husband David, Drex Johnson; ten grandchildren, Madi, Trevor, Kadi, Caleb, Nikolas, Tristan, Tyler, Emma, Scarlett, Lainey; three great-grandchildren, Madison, Dante, Emersynn; one brother, Freddy Heller; as well as several Nieces and Nephews.

She is preceded in passing by her parents, Fred and Ruby (Reavis) Heller; Her loving husband, Terry Johnson; as well as two brothers, Joe Ed Reavis and Jerry Heller.

A celebration of life will be planned for a later time in the spring. Cremation is under the thoughtful care of Lewis Funeral Chapel.
