Connie Jewel Horn Westbrook, 67, of Van Buren, Arkansas, passed away on April 11, 2026. Born on March 19, 1959, in Fort Smith, Arkansas, to Bobby Dean Horn Sr. and Viola JoAnn Harp Horn.
Connie married her beloved husband, Charlie Westbrook, who treated her like a queen in their short time together. Connie loved spending time with her family, going on cruises, traveling, and making memories with those she held dear.
Those who knew Connie will remember her as easygoing, laid-back, sweet, and always fun to be around. Her warm spirit and kind heart left a lasting impression on everyone she met.
She is survived by her three children: Charlene Wilcox (Jon) of Lavaca, Arkansas; Derik Frederiksen (Sarah) of Marionville, Missouri; and Heavenly Belue of Van Buren, Arkansas; and her nine grandchildren: Hailie, Kaitlynn, Zane, Bryson, Lily-Ann, Amelia, Malachi, Lydia, and Hazel. She is also survived by her siblings: Randy Horn, Regina Speer, LaDonna Marsh (Dean), Bobby Horn Jr. (Ann), and Keke Horn, along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family members.
Connie is preceded in death by her parents, Bobby Horn Sr. and Joann Harp Horn; her husband, Charlie Westbrook; and her brother, Steven Horn Sr.
A memorial service will be held on April 23, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. at Westwood Baptist Church in Greenwood, Arkansas, with Lee Turner officiating. Cremation under the care of Lewis Funeral Chapel.
