Dana Robert Parker

Dana Robert Parker, age 68, of Fort Smith, Arkansas, passed away on Monday, August 26, 2024, at his home. Born on September 20, 1955, in El Dorado, Arkansas, he was the son of Charles and Gladys Ethelene Parker. Dana was a retiree of Xerox and was known for his love of bowling, riding horses, and spending time outdoors, particularly sailing. He also enjoyed building projects and cherished the time spent with his daughter, Jordan, and her dog, Ozzy. Dana was known for his dependability and strength.

He is survived by his beloved daughter, Jordan Parker; his sister, Shelly Leckie; and many nieces and nephews. Dana was preceded in death by his father, Charles Slade Parker; his mother, Ethelene Parker; his brother, Dennis Parker; and his grandparents, Whit B. Parker, Ethel Slade, Rosco Herman Stanley, and Gladys Collin Little. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Cremation is under the thoughtful care of Lewis Funeral Chapel in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
