Daniel Overton Cruse

Daniel Overton Cruse, age 68, passed away peacefully in his home on Friday, October 11, 2024, in Booneville, Arkansas. Born July 22, 1956, in Bakersfield, California, he was a beloved son of Overton Jay Cruse Jr. and Lorraine Nadine Russell. Daniel spent his days working as a skilled tattoo artist, creating beautiful artwork for his clients. In his free time, he loved spending time outdoors and could often be found tending to his garden. Daniel was a talented guitar player, sci-fi enthusiast, and conspiracy theorist, and he had a great sense of humor. He will be remembered as a big-hearted man, who enjoyed making others laugh and having fun. Daniel is survived by his six children, Macy Brewer; Danya Spoon; Azua Robbins; Daniel Robbins; Athena Robbins; and Misty Craig; seventeen grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; three brothers; and one sister, Denise Stewart. He is preceded in death by his parents, Overton Cruse Jr. and Lorraine Russell; and his brother, Mike Cruse. Cremation is under the thoughtful direction of Lewis Funeral Chapel.
