Donald Wayne McGrew

Donald Wayne McGrew, age 60 of Fort Smith, AR passed away on Monday, August 25, 2025. Donald was born on June 3, 1965, in Fort Smith, AR to Donna Lou (Cummings) Martin and Richard Lee McGrew.

A 1983 graduate of Van Buren High School, Donald had many trades but mostly construction and wood working. He loved road tripping to the mountains, Arkansas Razorbacks, The Cowboys, Nascar and flying his airplane on his video game. He enjoyed laughing and making others laugh.

Survivors are son Matthew McGrew and wife Alisha of Van Buren, AR. Daughters Jessica McGrew of Salt Lake City, UT, Haley McGrew Korzon and husband Mark of Eagle River, AK. Daughter Alicia Lewis and husband Steve of Pocola, OK. Son David Howes and wife Brittany of Van Buren, AR. Granddaughters Macie, Alexis, Natalie and Breley. Grandsons Issac and Dillon. Great-grandson Zayden and great-granddaughter Makaillynn.

Sisters Vickie L. McDaniel of Van Buren, AR., Rebecca A. Myers and husband Kirk of Fort Smith, AR., Brother Richard A. McGrew and wife Heather of Fort Smith, AR. Aunt Debra Ball and husband Darren of Van Buren, AR. Nephews Jason McGrew, Bryan McDaniel and Joshua Kirk Myers. Nieces Rachel Cooper, Corteney and Lela Champion, Brittney and Kirstin Myers.

He is preceded in death by his father Richard L. McGrew and mother Donna L. Martin.
