Glenda Kaye Baldwin

Glenda Kaye Baldwin, age 62, passed away on September 17, 2024, at Mercy Hospital in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Born January 27, 1962, in Stella, Missouri, she was the beloved daughter of Earnest Glenn Lane and Betty Shadwick. She married the love of her life, Montie Baldwin, and together they spent 46 blissful years together in marriage. Glenda spent her days as a dedicated homemaker, who enjoyed caring for her children and her household very much. Glenda loved flowers, hummingbirds, and horses. She found solace in the outdoors, especially while fishing or camping. Glenda will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, who loved all the babies in her life the same. 

She is survived by her eight children, Rose Baldwin of Sallisaw, OK; Glenn Baldwin and spouse Rachel Cometsevah of Sallisaw, OK; Lindsey White and husband Brandon of Sallisaw, OK; Heather Rhodes and husband Jack of Parson, KS; Stephanie Long of Parson, KS; Tiffany Bird of Sallisaw, OK; Jason Bird; and Joshua "Buddy" Bird of Parson, KS; fifteen grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; one brother, Rebel Crow of TX; one sister, Stacy Jacobs and husband Bobby; and numerous other extended family members and friends. Glenda is preceded in death by her parents, Earnest Lane and Betty Shadwick; and her sister, Debbie Buckley. 

A Graveside Service will be held at 2:00 PM, on Saturday, September 28, 2024, at Gans Cemetery in Gans, OK 74936.
