Jack Robert Michaelson

Jack Robert Michaelson, age 71, passed away on January 4, 2025, In Fort Smith, Arkansas. Born on March 21, 1953, in Chicago, Illinois, he was the cherished son of Isadore and Rose (Gross) Michaelson. Jack proudly graduated from DeVry University with a degree in Electronics, which paved the way for a fulfilling career at Dixie Products, where he retired as a maintenance man and plate packer. A passionate member of both the Fort City Gun Club and the NRA, Jack had a deep appreciation for collecting firearms and knives. Above all, he adored his children and grandchildren, who brought him immense joy. Jack's presence will be profoundly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Jack is survived by his significant other of 26 years, Shirley Morris; Two sons, Steven Michaelson and Mark Michaelson; Four grandsons, Jonathan Michaelson, Mason Michaelson, Eliott Michaelson, and Max Michaelson

Jack is Preceded in passing by his loving parents,  Isadore and Rose (Gross) Michaelson.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00p.m, Tuesday, January 14, 2025 at Lewis Funeral Chapel in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
