Jerry Lee Winford

Jerry Lee Winford of Greenwood, Arkansas, passed away on December 23, 2025. He was born on December 18, 1947, and was a lifelong resident of the Greenwood area.

Jerry was a proud graduate of Greenwood High School. Throughout his working life, he built a strong career in truck driving and sales management. After retiring from Co-Plas, he chose to continue serving his community by working with the Sebastian County Sheriff’s Office.

Jerry enjoyed camping, hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family and friends. He was known for his strong work ethic, dedication, and love for those closest to him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Wilson and Flora Mae Winford; his mother-in-law, Velma Lucille Keyes; and his brother-in-law, Jim Miller.

He is survived by his wife, Della Winford of Greenwood; his sister, Sherry Miller of Greenwood; three sons, Brian Winford and his wife Julia of Chester, Arkansas, Jeff Winford and his wife Helen of Van Buren, Arkansas, and Daniel Winford of Waxahachie, Texas; his stepdaughter, Renee Risley and her husband Levi of Oklahoma; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and many friends.
