Kenneth Dwayne Rasdon

Kenneth "Kenny" Dwayne Rasdon, age 53, passed away peacefully in his home on Wednesday, October 30, 2024, in Bonanza, Arkansas. Born July 10, 1971, in Little Rock, Arkansas, he was a beloved son of Velda Mae (Pulver) Rasdon and Charles Ray Rasdon Sr. Kenny married the love of his life, April (Rose) Rasdon, on March 28, 2003, in Fort Smith Arkansas. He was a hard worker, having held a career as a roofer for many years. In his free time, Kenny loved to go fishing, camping, listening to music, and spending quality time with his family. He was a man of Christian faith who will be remembered as the kind of person who was life of the party, goofy, outgoing, a wonderful soul, and who always helped anyone that he could. 

Kenny is survived by his loving wife, April Rasdon of Bonanza, Arkansas; mother, Velda Rasdon of Bonanza, Arkansas; two children, Nicole Rasdon and Carolyn Rasdon; four step-children, Bri Langely, Elizabeth Taylor, Harley Hopkins, and Zachary Hopkins; eleven grandchildren; four siblings, Carolyn Taylor and husband Richard Taylor of Fort Smith, Arkansas; Charles Rasdon Jr. of Fort Smith, Arkansas; Edward Rasdon and wife Charlotte of Mansfield, Arkansas; and Tina Burgess and husband Richard Burgess of Pocahontas, Arkansas; as well as three nieces and six nephews. Kenny will be dearly missed by a host of family and friends. 

A Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Monday, November 4, 2024, at Lewis Funeral Chapel in Fort Smith, Arkansas, 72904. The Funeral Service will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 5, 2024. Pastor Paul Newton is to officiate. Honorary Pallbearers will be Richard Taylor Jr., Harley Hopkins, Charles Taylor, Cory Clark, Zachary Hopkins, Chad Burgess, Christopher Burgess, and Shawn Rasdon. Services are entrusted to Lewis Funeral Chapel.
