Lee David Levy Sr.

Lee David Levy Sr., age 71, passed away peacefully in his home on July 16, 2025, in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He was born on July 6, 1954.
From 1971 to 1972, Lee proudly served in the United States Army.
Lee adored his pet cats and cherished all his grandchildren deeply. He will be remembered as a loving, caring, and good-hearted father.
He is survived by his two children, Chrystal Levy and Lee D. Levy Jr.; and his four grandchildren, Gabriel, Chrystal, Faith, and Malcolm. He is also survived by his dear friends Sharon Hayden, Megan, and Wendy, who each held a special place in his life.
A committal service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, August 1, 2025 at the Fort Smith National Cemetery, located at 522 Garland Ave. Cremation is under the thoughtful direction of Lewis Funeral Chapel.
