Melody Ellsworth

Melody Ellsworth, 53, of Locust Grove, Oklahoma, passed away on February 10, 2025. Born on April 4, 1971, in Claremore, Oklahoma, she was the beloved daughter of Betty Simmons and Bill Malloy. Melody was a treasured sister and a dedicated mother who touched many lives.
Melody worked as an IT Technician and was also deeply devoted to her family. Her love for reading and art brought her joy, and her free-spirited and resilient nature left a lasting impact on all who knew her. She will be remembered for her loving heart and kind soul.
Melody is preceded in death by her father, Bill Malloy.
She is survived by her mother, Betty Simmons; her five children: Kristin Morse, Monica Morse, Jessica Morse, Misty Ward, and Destiny Rankins; her 15 grandchildren: Isabel, Ava, Jasmine, Vanessa, Aleah, Alyssa, Mathew, Bryson, Kamron, Elijah, Amari, Arianna, Amir, Rylee, and Cynthia. Melody is also survived by her four siblings: Robin Ham, Billy Malloy, Freddie Stanart, and Steven Stanart; her stepdaughter, Carmen Sully; and her great-niece, Madolynn Bartlett.

A Graveside Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, February 24, 2025, at Woodlawn Cemetery in Claremore, Oklahoma. Walter Breshears is to officiate.
