Natasha Lynn Ahmed, age 37, of Fort Smith, Arkansas, passed away on July 2, 2026.
Natasha was born on March 21, 1989, in Fort Smith, Arkansas, to Ashfhq Ahmed and Alvie Gean (Beagles) Ahmed.
A woman of a kind and generous spirit, Natasha was known for always putting others before herself. She was caring, thoughtful, loving, and relentless in her devotion to those she loved. Family and friends knew they could always count on her, as she would do anything to help those in need. She found joy in arts and crafts, expressing her creativity through the things she made. Natasha was a Baptist; her faith and compassion were reflected in how she lived her life.
She is survived by her father, Ashfaq Ahmed; boyfriend, Eddie Reed; her ex-husband and dear friend, Jose Amaya; her 5 children, Ayden Amaya, Aaron Amaya, Aroura Reed, Ariel Reed, and Charles Reed; her sisters, Barbara Cooksey and her husband, Cecil; Adeel Ahmed and his wife, Aroura Saocido Ahmed, Dora Ahmed, Tala Ahmed, and Reebal Ahmed. She also leaves behind her nieces and nephews, Cecil Cooksey II, Jasmine Cooksey, and Brenna Cooksey; and her dear friends, Joni Cosper, Stephanie Bradshaw, and Chelley Reed.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Alvie Ahmed, and nephew Justin Cooksey.
A memorial service to celebrate Natasha's life will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at Lewis Funeral Chapel. Services are entrusted to Lewis Funeral Chapel.
