Pamela Susan Herbert

Pamela Susan Herbert, age 63, of Fort Smith, Arkansas, passed away peacefully on November 30, 2025. She was born on June 20, 1962 in Sidney, New York to Robert and Freda (Roof) Jones.

Pamela married the love of her life, Keith Herbert, on February 28, 1981. Their union was a lifelong partnership filled with love, dedication, and shared memories. They were blessed with 37 years together before Keith’s passing in 2016. Pamela will be remembered as a devoted mother and grandmother whose gentle spirit and unwavering love touched everyone who knew her. 

She is survived by her three children, Shasta Stacey, Jessica Herbert, Kelly Herbert; fourteen grandchildren, Brandon, Michael, Tanner, Jaelee, Hunter, Corbin, Hannah, Braxton, Neveah, Heaven, cooper, Destiny, Ryder, zendreya; two great-grandchildren, Kinsley, Oaklynn;  as well as two siblings, Ernest Jones and Joyce Foster.

She is preceded in passing by her loving husband, Keith Herbert; her parents, Robert and Freda (Roof) Jones; as well as her four siblings, Robert Jones, Joel Jones,  Andrea Jones,  and Roseanne Horan. 

Cremation is under the care of Lewis Funeral Chapel.
