Pamela Denise Reed, age 73, of Fort Smith, Arkansas, passed away on March 5, 2026.
Pamela was born on January 20, 1953, in Georgia to Robert Day and Phyllis (Birchfield) Day. She was a high school graduate and devoted much of her life to caring for her family as a homemaker.
A woman of deep faith, Pamela was a longtime member of Calvary Lighthouse Church in Fort Smith. She enjoyed attending church, cooking, reading her Bible, and spending time in prayer. Those who knew her remember her as a devoted Christian woman who loved God deeply and cherished her children and grandchildren.
She is survived by her five children: Noah Steffy, Gabriel Steffy, Jacqueline Uribe, Shannon Fram, and Robin Hembree; 22 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren. She also leaves her siblings, Robert Day and Blair Brooks, along with other relatives and loved ones who will miss her dearly.
Pamela was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Reed; her parents, Phyllis and Robert Day; and her sister, Robin Liles.
A family-held memorial service will be take place at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, March 13, 2026, at Calvary Lighthouse Church, 6101 Blair Street in Fort Smith. Donations may be made to Lewis Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses for the family. Services entrusted to Lewis Funeral Chapel.
