Ronnie Lee Young

Ronnie Lee Young, 77, was called home to be with the Lord on March 15, 2025. Born in Sparta, Tennessee, to Waymon and Evelyn Raye Young, Ronnie was a beloved son and brother, deeply cherished by his family.

Ronnie was a man of unwavering dedication. He was married for 45 years to his loving wife, Mary, and devoted many years of service as a supervisor at Coca-Cola. Outside of work, Ronnie found joy in the outdoors, enjoying activities such as camping, fishing, and playing golf. A man of strong faith, he was a member of the missionary Baptist Church of Arkoma.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Waymon and Evelyn Raye Young, and his sister, Shirley Jean Smith.

Ronnie leaves behind a lasting legacy, remembered with love by his wife, Mary Young; his three children, Robin Lee Staser of Fort Smith, AR, Ronnie Joe Young and wife Jennifer of Alma, AR, and Heath Jamison and wife Tiffney of Pocola, OK; seven grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his two sisters, Mary Catherine Jones and husband Freddy of Arkoma, OK, and Judy Lynn Brown and husband Robbie of Arkoma, OK; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

A memorial service to honor Ronnie's life will be held on March 29, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. at Cornerstone Free Will Baptist Church in Roland, OK. Cremation arrangements are under the care of Lewis Funeral Chapel.
