Solomon Phanakhone

Solomon Phanakhone, age 75, passed away Sunday October 6, 2024, at Baptist Health Hospital in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Born January 1, 1949, in Nakhon Phanom, Thailand, he was a beloved son of Sombanh Phanakhone. Solomon married the love of his life, Bounthanh Phanakhone, and they spent 47 blissful years together in marriage. In his free time, Solomon took pride in taking care of his lawn, and could often be found mowing the grass. He also loved singing songs, taking pictures, and going on walks. Solomon was a dedicated man of faith, and proudly served as an elder of Liberty Baptist Church in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He will be dearly missed by a host of family and friends. 

Solomon is survived by his three children, Phetsamone Phanakhone; Phimmasone Phanakhone; Daophaseath Phanakhone; three grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and two brothers. Solomon is preceded in death by his beloved son, Bounprasong Phanakhone.

The Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday, October 10, 2024, at Lewis Funeral Chapel in Fort Smith, Arkansas 72904.
